Traditional Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

Can we have a show of hands for anyone who loves a great chocolate chip cookie? Keep them raised because these will become your favorite in no time. Makes forty eight 3 to 4 inch cookies.

I made these up the other day. This mix came in 3 bags, one was the sugar mixture that you mix with 1 cup of butter and 2 eggs, then you add the flour mixture, followed by the chocolate chips. Then you scoop them out and bake them at 300 degrees for 18~20 minutes. I’ve never baked cookies at a low temperature for that length of time, so I was a little skeptical, but the cookies turned out wonderful! The kids had no idea I made them from a mix! This would be a great mix to have on hand!

Loaded Choco-Chip Cookie Mix

Close your eyes and smell the cookies baking...you almost can. More than a traditional chocolate chip with this special gourmet blend of chocolates gives you a wonderful soft and chewy cookie. Makes forty eight 3 to 4 inch cookies.

The mix for these cookies was just like the one above, but this time I decided to bake them at 350 for 10 minutes. They came out great with this cooking method too. This mix has 3 kinds of chips in them, I know, can’t get much better than that!

I really liked these cookie mixes because they taste more like homemade than any mixes I’ve gotten from the store. You can find lots of different mixes at Do You Bake, they even have mixes for doggie bones!
